A useful beta pass

Three things worth trying in this build

Good feedback starts with a real task. These flows show whether Relm is turning your data into guidance you can actually use.

  1. 01

    Import a real training history

Review exercise matches, units, and skipped rows before anything is added.

  2. 02

    Finish a normal workout

Use the beta during an actual session and note any step that slows you down.

  3. 03

Open Coach and check the weekly review

Look for a recommendation you can understand and act on without studying a chart.

Current build highlights

The full training picture is taking shape

The current beta focuses on turning logged work into useful context while keeping core training available offline and without a required account.

Coach

A clearer weekly action plan

Weekly summaries separate progress, momentum, caution signals, regressions, and the next concrete training action.

Imports

Start with the history you already earned

Relm recognizes exports from Strong, Hevy, RepCount, and its own format, and shows you a full review before anything is added.

Training

More context for every working set

Warm-ups, supersets, RIR, rest timers, PRs, per-exercise insights, and volume stay connected.

Health

Recovery and nutrition in the same app

Daily recovery combines your check-in with sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV from Apple Health, while nutrition keeps calories and macros visible without clutter.
